What Are the Shipping Costs and How Long Does It Take For My Order to Arrive?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $60. We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.: Standard Shipping  - $6.00 flat rate to anywhere in the US Usually 2-5 business days (with an average delivery time of 2.5 business days) and 2-day Shipping (FedEx) - $12.00 flat rate to anywhere in the US. All orders placed before 12:00 EST will be sent out on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 EST will go out the following business day.

Who Do You Work With For Shipping?

For Standard Shipping orders we work with a combination of shippers to make sure you get your order as soon as possible. Standard orders arrive within 2-5 business days (with an average delivery time of 2.5 business days). For 2-Day Shipping we work with FedEx.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email, or by logging in to your account on getnoosh.com. If you cannot find your email, check your junk mail, and remember to mark your mail as 'not junk' so you never miss important information on your order! If you still can't find your shipping information, reach out to us through our online chat & we will help you locate your order.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Because we want to ensure that customers receive their orders as soon as possible, we start preparing orders for shipment as soon as they are placed. As a result, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. Which Countries Do You Ship to?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options! Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's The Return Policy?

We want you to feel amazing in your new tights. If you don't love them, send them back for a full refund or exchange them for something else! 

If you chose the wrong color, prefer a larger size, think that another product will be a better fit, or if for any reason you are not happy with your product, we accept returns & exchanges for all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Returns are always free of charge

Since these are intimate products, returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

How Can I Request a Return?

Our customers can return products using our returns portal. Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes. After submitting the request, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions for dropping off the package at the location of your choice.

How Can I Receive a Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to the original method of payment. Once items are returned by the customer, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed into your account (but it usually happens much faster).

How Can I Exchange my Items?

How Do I Know What Shade Fits Me Best?

Most of our products come in 9 shades, ranging from light (Leche) to darker (Espresso). If you are choosing between 2 shades, we recommend going for the darker shade
