What Are the Shipping Costs and How Long Does It Take For My Order to Arrive?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.: Standard Shipping (USPS First Class) - $5.00 flat rate to anywhere in the US Usually 2-5 business days 2-day Shipping (Fed Ex)- $12.00 flat rate to anywhere in the US. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed before 12:00 will be sent out on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will go out the following day.

When Do Orders Placed Go Out For Shipping?

All orders placed before 12:00 EST will be shipped out on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 EST will go out the following day. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Who Do You Work With For Shipping?

For Standard Shipping orders we work with USPS First Class. Standard orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. For 2-Day Shipping we work with FedEx. For international shipping we work with FedEx and it can take between 10-14 days.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email, or by logging in to your account on getnoosh.com. If you cannot find your email, check your junk mail, and remember to mark your mail as 'not junk' so you never miss important information on your order! If you still can't find your shipping information, reach out to hello@getnoosh.com & we will help you locate your order.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. Please email us at hello@getnoosh.com & we'll see what we can do to help you out.

Which Countries Do You Ship to?

We proudly ship to Australia, Canada, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom and United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options, so if we do not ship to your country just yet, drop us a note at hello@getnoosh.com & we'll see what can be done.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's The Return Policy?

We want you to feel amazing in your new tights. If you don't love them, send them back! If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we accept returns for all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (depending on the case). Returns are free of charge. We will cover the return shipping on all U.S. orders with a prepaid return label. Since these are intimate products, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. To process a return, please email us at hello@getnoosh.com & we will set up the return for you.

How Can I Request a Return?

How Can I Receive a Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected & if everything adheres to our policy, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed into your account.

How Can I Exchange my Items?

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product for whatever reason (the shade is off, the size isn’t quite right, or you’d like to exchange for a totally different style) we’ll make it happen! Please email us at hello@getnoosh.com with your order number, the product you would like to return, and the product you would like to exchange it for and we will help you process the return & replacement order.

How Do I Know What Shade Fits Me Best? 

Most of our products come in 9 shades, ranging from light (Leche) to darker (Espresso). If you are choosing between 2 shades, we recommend going for the darker shade

Which Sizes Do You Carry?
