SHIPPING

Free standard shipping on all orders over $40 in the United States.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: Delivery times range between 2 and 5 business days (with an average delivery time of 2.5 business days). Orders received before 12:00pm EST will be shipped that same business day. If your order is under $40, standard shipping is $6.

2-Day shipping: We work with FedEx to offer 2-day shipping to any destination in the United States for $12.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

We’re aiming to be available in additional countries in the future! Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available.

WARRANTY ISSUES

For any warranty-related issues, including damaged products (rips, runs, holes etc.) our customers can use our warranty portal. Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes, and the replacement pair is usually shipped for free the same day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel amazing in your new tights. If you don't love them, send them back for a full refund or exchange them for something else! 

If you chose the wrong color, prefer a larger size, think that another product will be a better fit, or if for any reason you are not happy with your product, we accept returns & exchanges for all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Returns are always free of charge. 

Our customers can return or exchange products using our returns portal. Submitting a claim through the portal takes less than two minutes. After submitting the request, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions for dropping off the package at the location of your choice.

Since these are intimate products, returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. 

Once your return is received and inspected , your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Once items are returned by the customer, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed into your account (but it usually happens much faster).
