SHIPPING
Free shipping on all orders over $60
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard shipping: We work with USP, and delivery times are between 2-5 business days. Orders received before 13:00pm will go out that same day. If your order is less than $40, standard shipping cost is $6.
2-Day shipping: We work with FedEx to offer 2-day shipping to any destination in the United States for $12.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard: We offer international shipping to just about anywhere in the world for roughly $9-$25. Typical delivery times are between 10-14 days.
Express: if timing is a concern, we also offer 6-10 day express shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to feel amazing in your new tights. If you don't love them, send them back! If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we accept returns for all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (depending on the case). Returns are free of charge. We will cover the return shipping cost on all U.S. orders with a prepaid return label. To process a return or an exchange, please email us at hello@getnoosh.com & we will set up the return for you.
Since these are intimate products, returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
We don't accept returns and/or exchanges for underwear, bandeau, and socks.
