SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.: Standard Shipping (USPS First Class) - $5.00 flat rate to anywhere in the US Usually 2-5 business days 2-day Shipping (Fed Ex)- $12.00 flat rate to anywhere in the US We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed before 12:00 will be sent out on the same day. Orders place after 12:00 will go out the following day.

STANDARD SHIPPING We work with USPS First Class for most Standard shipping orders. Standard orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. 2-DAY SHIPPING We work with FedEx for most 2-day shipping orders.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail, or by logging in to your account on getnoosh.com. If you cannot find your email, check your junk mail, and remember to mark your mail as 'not junk' so you never miss important information on your order. If you still can't find your shipping information, reach out to hello@getnoosh.com & we will help you locate your order.

Unfortunatley, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. Please email us at hello@getnoosh.com & we'll see what we can do to help you out.

We proudly ship to Australia, Canada, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom and United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options, so if we do not ship to your country just yet, drop us a note at hello@getnoosh.com & we'll see what can be done.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel amazing in your new tights. If you don't love them, send them back! If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we accept returns for all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Returns are free of charge. We will cover the return shipping on all U.S. orders with a pre-paid return label. Since these are intimate products, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. To process a return, please email us at hello@getnoosh.com & we will set up the return for you.

Once your return is received and inspected & if everything adheres to our policy, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. It usually takes roughly 3-5 business for the refund to appear in your bank

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product for whatever reason (the shade is off, the size isn’t quite right, or you’d like to exchange for a totally different style) we’ll make it happen! Please email us at hello@getnoosh.com with your order number, the product you would like to return, and the product you would like to exchange it for and we will help you process the return & replacement order.
